Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Jinglebaby ("Jinglebaby," "we," "us") collects through this website and how it's used.
1. Information We Collect
When you submit the intake form, we collect: business name, industry, business location, your name, email, phone, website or social links, package selection, jingle language, preferred voice, a description of your business and audience, any lyric content requests, tone and style references, your timeline, and any additional notes you provide.
2. How We Use It
We use this information solely to produce your jingle, communicate with you about your order, and improve our own process. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number; Stripe collects and handles that directly. Your email address may be shared with Stripe to send you a payment receipt and to pre-fill checkout. Review Stripe's own privacy policy for details on how they handle payment data.
4. Form and Email Delivery
Your brief is delivered to us through FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service. A confirmation email to you is sent through Resend, a transactional email service. We don't control how these providers handle data in transit; you can review their privacy practices directly.
5. Cookies and Analytics
This site does not currently use cookies or third-party analytics or tracking scripts, aside from a saved language preference stored locally in your browser (not shared with us). If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
6. Data Retention
We keep your submission and order information for as long as needed to complete your order and for our own business and licensing records.
7. Your Rights
You can ask us to delete personal information you've submitted by contacting us, except where we need to retain it for licensing documentation, payment records, or other legal recordkeeping.
8. Children's Privacy
This site is directed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
10. Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent through the contact form on this site.
